These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VentaPush ("the App", "we", "us"), a desktop application operated by Venta Agency. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What VentaPush is
VentaPush is a desktop application that helps a creator produce short-form videos (script, voice-over, images or clips, and editing) and publish the finished video to the creator's own connected social media accounts, such as TikTok and YouTube. The App runs locally on your computer.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your country and meet the eligibility requirements of any third-party platform you connect. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for keeping your device and credentials secure.
3. Connecting third-party platforms
VentaPush lets you connect your own third-party accounts (including TikTok, YouTube and Google) using their official authorization flows. When you publish through the App, you do so to your own accounts. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are solely responsible for complying with them.
4. Your content & responsibilities
- You own, or have all necessary rights to, the content you create and publish with the App.
- You will not publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the rules of the platform you post to.
- VentaPush can generate parts of a video using artificial intelligence. When content is AI-generated, you are responsible for disclosing it as required by applicable law and by the destination platform (for example, TikTok's AI-generated content labelling). The App provides controls to flag such content where the platform supports it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to: violate any law or third-party right; spam, mislead, or impersonate; attempt to circumvent platform limits; or interfere with the App's security or integrity.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its name, and its software are owned by Venta Agency. These Terms do not grant you any right in our trademarks. You keep all rights in the content you create.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that publishing will always succeed, that third-party APIs will remain available, or that the App will be error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venta Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of content, accounts, or revenue arising from your use of the App.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and disconnect any linked account. We may suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time. On termination, the App ceases using data obtained through connected platforms (including TikTok), and you may delete any locally stored data.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
